It’s almost time for back-to-school! Where did the summer go? We have a little over seven weeks left, so make the most of the rest of the summer having FUN! On page 9, the article on Ten Summer Fun Things to Do, you will get some good ideas on FREE things to do and places to go for the last few weeks of summer vacation.

We have a new contest to introduce to you our Family Friendly Restaurant Guide. Eat out at least six times and win some great prizes donated by some of our advertisers, like Coach Sunglasses, Cosmetic treatments, Dinner Gift Certificates, Movies tickets and more. The Grand Prize is a 3-day/2-night beach getaway at the TradeWinds Island Resorts on St. Pete Beach in a tropical view suite, valued at $800! So eat at the restaurants listed on pages 42 and 43. We will have winners each issue and the contest will run through the end of the year. Watch as our list of restaurants grows each issue, look for Pasco and Hillsborough counties restaurants. Both of our cover families are very involved with community service and like them, community service is a big part of the Doyle family. Have your family pick a charity to get involved in, not only will it help make a difference for the charity, but you will also feel fulfilled by helping those whose needs are greater than yours. Many non-profits need donated volunteer time, money, and items that are on their wish list. I urge you to contact a local charity and get involved today!
